#Hatred Third Person Mod The hatred third person mod is a new mod that allows you to play the game from the perspective of a fictional character. The reason I created this mod is because in some horror games, when you kill an enemy, they don't die and continue chasing you until one of them dies. This mod changes that by letting a player kill all their enemies and then hopping in another security camera's place in order to watch the carnage unfold from an objective point of view. You can see how it turned out at https://youtu.be/eG3X64scrXg?t=68s . I made this using the SDK, so it will definitely support playing the game in third person if you use the SDK to play the game. I used a program called "OBS" to record my gameplay. OBS is a free program that you can download off of the internet. We had some difficulty finding a company who would let us film Hatred at their business. A few people were very eager, but their bosses wouldn't allow us to film there. But we've been very successful at some convenience stores and some taco stands. The next challenge is to finish the game and find out who is behind all of this. I'm hoping that it's not a child molester, but we'll see. I hope you enjoy this mod as much as we did making it.Hatred was released in May 2015 for Windows, OS X, and Linux via Steam at a budget price of US$19.99.[11] It has also been released for PlayStation 4 in December 2015. A Nintendo Switch version is to be released in April 2017.[12][13][14][15] A port for Xbox One was announced in January 2017. The game was targeted by Valve Corporation's Steamworks developer relations manager Tom Bui for having "an overall message that really is completely opposite of everything Steam stands for". Hatred was then removed from the Steam storefront, which was followed by a public backlash; according to Destructive Creations, Valve contacted them and asked them to explain the game.[5][6][7] At E3 2015, Sony stated that they would allow Hatred on PlayStation 4 if they had not seen anything needlessly offensive in it.[16] It has since been added to the PS4 store. By May 7, 2015, Hatred had sold 180,000 copies on Steam. The game was removed from Steam on May 17, 2015.[17] In a press conference on September 8, 2016, Hatred was one of the titles announced to be removed from Steam, and is now available only through the Humble Store and other non-Steam platforms. On June 15, 2015 it emerged that actors and crew members of the film "The Interview" were barred by Sony Pictures from playing online shooters "due to threats of violence".[18] Eric Hartness stated that he had been contacted by representatives for Hatred requesting him to change the game's name. He has stated that "[I]t makes no sense to me as a gamer... I think it's totally bizarr what happened here. cfa1e77820
